Monthly filings for wine shipments and distribution are required by each state within the United States marketing territory. Each state requires sales data so they can assess the amount of taxes applicable for each case of wine sold. States will classify wines differently based upon the alcohol content. Thus these reports are cumbersome.

Because this task is dependant on the forms used and submission methods unique to each state (and possibly at the county level), many foreign wineries contract this effort. RSI Wine Mavens is willing to complete this administrative activity on your winery's behalf. The administrative activity includes processing orders from distributors, tracking the order and depletion data, collecting payments and disbursement to the winery, and reporting this information to the appropriate state authorities. This effort is in addition to our normal brokerage efforts.
